Shipping Policy

Delivery timeline

Every order has an expected delivery date of 6 calendar days from the date it\u2019s placed. You\u2019ll see this date on your order confirmation and can follow live progress on the Track Order page.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are set per product and shown clearly on each product page and at checkout before you place your order. Some pieces ship free — this is always marked before you check out.

Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery only. You pay the full order amount, including any shipping charge, directly to the courier when your order arrives.

Tracking

A courier name and tracking ID are added to your order once it has shipped, along with a one-tap copy option and, where available, a link to the courier\u2019s official tracking page.

Delays

If a delivery is running later than expected, we\u2019ll add a note directly to your order with an explanation and, where possible, a revised delivery date.
