Cancellation Policy

Before shipment

You can cancel any order for free at any point before it ships. Go to Track Order or My Orders, open the order, and use the Cancel Order button.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through the website — this is enforced on our end, not just hidden in the interface. If your order has already shipped and you need help, please reach out to us directly and we\u2019ll do what we can.

How cancellation is confirmed

When you cancel an eligible order, the change is applied immediately and reflected on your order page. No payment was taken in advance, so there is nothing to refund for a pre-shipment cancellation under Cash on Delivery.
